HOW TO REQUEST AAHA’s SERVICES
AAHA is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to perpetuate and preserve culture through traditional and non-traditional holidays, celebrations, and rituals. AAHA has been incorporated since 1989, and since that time has offered cultural/education presentations to thousands. Mama Ayo is our primary cultural presenter, however, in the instance of her non-availability, we collaborate with other storytellers or cultural presenters to fulfill the public’s needs.
(Our 501 (C ) 3, tax-exempt stautus is pending.)
AAHA offers a sliding fee arrangement for all of its services, as a public service to ensure that all who are interested in our services will be able to comfortably afford them. AAHA has no corporate or government sponsorship. Our cultural/education services are our primary source of funding. We ask that you consider this, when making your requests.

_______________________________
AAHA reserves the right to decline any requests, or decline to fulfill the service commitment, if stated conditions of the presentation have been changed, altered, or not represented truthfully, i.e. stated request indicates a small intimate, grass-oots group of 25 but 150 corporate people show up;
AAHA has certain busy seasons, so it is best to schedule services about 2-3 months in advance of February (Black Love Day and Black History Month), June (Juneteenth), and Dec (Kwanzaa), for best date availability;
